The world is rapidly changing day by day as we enter the era of digital transformation and AX. The software industry is moving beyond change and innovation into a period of expansion and advancement, and in this process, the value of software and the importance of copyright protection are being emphasized more than ever before.

Since its establishment in 2000, the Association has focused on protecting software copyright and enhancing its value based on the expertise and capabilities it has accumulated. Now, we will respond agilely to new paradigms to drive healthy and sustainable growth in the software industry, addressing new forms of software development brought by generative AI, unstructured data learning, and copyright protection issues.

Together with our member companies, we will strive to establish balanced policies and systems for software copyright protection and create a foundation for a healthy ecosystem that can grow together by strengthening smooth communication and serving as a bridge between businesses, the public sector, and the government.

Our association will always stand with you at the forefront of software copyright protection to ensure that the software industry, which is at the core of the AI era and digital economy, can grow more safely and transparently.
